Our Somaliland tours take you to the Horn of Africa’s most fascinating and least visited regions. For tours of southern Somalia and Mogadishu click here.
Somaliland proclaimed itself independent from the rest of Somalia in 1991. Unlike the south of Somalia, the self-declared country has largely avoided unrest and is finally beginning to forge a reputation for stability in the region.
Take a look at our confirmed tour dates below. Dates don’t work? No worries, we can organise your trip on your dates. See our Sample Itinerary. Travelling the whole region? We also specialize in travel to Eritrea, Djibouti and Ethiopia.

Why not combine the both Somaliland & Eritrea for your Horn of Africa Combo!
If our scheduled group tours don’t suit then we can create your own tour on your own dates.
Somaliland tours are all inclusive of twin accommodation in standard hotel, private transport with armed guard, entrance fees, food, guiding and translations. Excluded are international flights, tips & insurance.
Somaliland is a very conservative society and as such, it is very important to dress appropriately. Women must cover their hair, shoulders and knees when in public.
