We are pleased to announce that, at no extra cost to you, we provide full security for the money that you pay us in the rare event of insolvency from our side.

This means that whatever money you send us – it is fully secured by R+V Versicherung AG – One of the largest & oldest insurers in Germany.

We will send you a certificate with each booking confirming how you should claim against the loss of funds in the event of our insolvency.

This arrangement satisfies the German Travel Regulations (§ 651k BGB) and German law requirements which guarantees the customer’s financial protection.
